Return Policy

Are you not completely satisfied with your purchase? You have the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt. We will give you a full refund of the purchased item. However, perishable products, such as plants, are excluded from this right. Unfortunately, this means that it is not possible to return plants.

Did your plant arrive in bad condition or is something else wrong? Please contact our customer service. We will do our best to make you and your plant happy again!

A few extra things:

As a customer, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive your return package, we will begin processing your refund request. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping costs. Any refunds will be made to the payment method you used to place your order.

The items you wish to return remain your responsibility until we receive them. If possible, please use the original packaging to return your order and ensure that all items are properly packaged. We cannot offer compensation for products lost or damaged in transit.
